LoomReset Service Agreement
Please read these conditions carefully before subscribing to our services.
1. Service Description
LoomReset provides scheduled in-home laundry care services including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and basic wardrobe organization based on the client’s subscribed package plan.
2. Service Scope & Limits
Each package includes a fixed number of laundry loads and ironing units weekly. Additional items outside package limits will attract extra charges:
- Duvet: ₦1,000
- Curtain: ₦1,000 per 4pcs
- Rug exclusions apply (Rugs are excluded from general services)
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all utilities and functional equipment necessary for service delivery, including:
- Clean and constant water supply
- Electricity/power connection
- Suitable detergent & fabric softener (depending on package)
- A safe, functional working environment
Important Note: Please, all the essential utilities should be available upon arrival, for fast and quality delivery.
4. Staff Conduct Policy
All assigned staff are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect client privacy at all times.
- Strict prohibition of smoking or drinking before or during service hours.
- No unauthorized visitors are permitted onto client premises.
5. Client Conduct Policy
Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment for assigned staff during service hours.
- No unsafe/hazardous requests; staff are strictly trained to deliver only the agreed laundry and wardrobe maintenance service.
- Strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.
6. Damage & Liability Policy
LoomReset exercises reasonable care in handling garments. However, the company is not liable for damage resulting from:
- Weak or deteriorated fabric
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Poor-quality materials prone to bleeding dye
- Manufacturer defects
- Incorrect care labels or missing instructions on garments
Proven damages directly caused by staff negligence may qualify for compensation at the company’s absolute discretion.
7. Valuable Items Policy
Clients are strictly advised not to include cash, jewelry, electronic devices, or any valuable items within laundry batches. LoomReset is not responsible for missing valuables left inside garments.
8. Access & Security
- Assigned staff are strictly prohibited from granting third-party access to client premises under any circumstance.
- Staff are not permitted to duplicate house keys for any reason.
- Recording/privacy rules apply to protect the privacy of both client household and working staff.
9. Payment Terms
- Payment Date: Before or three days after a month ends (Monthly billingcycle).
- Acceptable Payment Methods: Direct bank transfers to the official LoomReset company account.
- Late Fees: ₦3,000 charge for payments made after the deadline.
Monthly subscriptions are payable in advance before scheduled service activation.
10. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests to prevent staff allocation disruption.
11. Staff Replacement Policy
LoomReset reserves the right to replace assigned staff when necessary due to scheduling conflicts, performance evaluations, or operational requirements.
12. Direct Hiring Restriction
Clients agree not to privately employ or directly contract LoomReset staff outside the company during active service engagement and for a minimum of 6 months after the termination of services with LoomReset.
13. Termination Clause
LoomReset reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate service in cases involving abuse, unsafe working environments, repeated late payments, or clear violation of company policies.
14. Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information, home details, and household activities remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.
